How to send submission emails to multiple individuals and also a copy to the person who submitted the form?

I also would like for multiple individuals to receive the submitted form and a confirmation message with copy of their submitted form sent to individuals.

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. There are two ways to send submission emails to multiple email addresses:

#1. You can add multiple email addresses separated by comma and a space which needs to be added in the "Recipient Email" field of the notification email alert. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients 

#2. You can add one new email alert for every email address you want to send submission emails. The following guide should help you how to add new email alert:  http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications 

It is also possible to send submission emails to the person who submitted the form. You will have to actually add a "Dorm Autoresponder" email alert in your form. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
