cant see one of my forms in edit mode

I cant edit one of my forms in my jotform account. This is a paypal integrated payment form

I checked the jotform http://www.jotform.me/form/51292070588458 but it doesn't contain any field on it.

Perhaps fields were deleted?

You can revert to a previous saved point or version of the form using the Revision Histoy feature of the Form Builder.
