Slow form loading in JotForm - "it's taking longer than usual to load, please hang on"

I have one more question, recently I have been having problems getting this form to load in jotform, with error messaegs (something like its taking longer than usual to load please hang on,) often I have to refresh the page before it loads.  Is this due to the fact that I have over 1000 submissions on the form? thanks

It don't think that it is related with the number of submissions going over 1000, because we have users on professional pricing plan that are having thousands of submissions in their forms monthly.

This is something that would usually happen only to very large forms with many fields (over 500) and many conditions. Upon checking your most active form - Psychic Email Reading Request from StormJewel - Main, I can see that it is a rather small form with few conditions, which should not be experiencing such issues.

Can you please try clearing your browser cache, log out of your account, and then log back into your account to see if that helps with the issue. I have also cleared your form cache, just in case.
