Client selects the department they work in - it branches to a pre-populated email address text field.  Our clients selects the address which belongs to them.  I then used the calculation widget to copy that email address into "My email" text field.  Is it possible to use that email address field as the reply to in the email notification? When I go to the email set up wizard that field is not available for use. Thank you.

The form is not live yet.

    Hello mccsHH,

I did check your form and it seems you have added Form Calculation widget to achieve your requirement. Unfortunately it cannot be selected as "Reply-to" field in your form's notification email alert and the way you have set it up, it will display multiple email address if user selects one field and then change his mind and select another option. Please check the screenshot below:

There is a better way yo achieve your requirement. Though the number of condition will be more but it will fit into your requirement. Here are the steps you should follow:

#1. Add a normal test box in your form.

#2. Add condition in your form to check if the "Submitted by (x)" is filled, then populate the email field with desired email address. The following guide should help you how to update form field value:  http://www.jotform.com/help/286-How-to-Populate-Field-with-a-Value-from-another-Field

Please take a look at the following cloned form where I have updated the condition for first 10 submitted by fields:  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51584833675971?

In the above form, I have also set the "Reply to email" field as well. Please check the screenshot below:

Feel free to clone the above form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning:  http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

You need to add condition for remaining "Submitted by" fields.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

Thank you for the quick response.  I have added the conditions as you suggested but the email address does not populate as it should.

And is it possible for the branching with the departments field to give me two options that have to be filled out.  IE: Choose your department: Java Café

Name (1): Drop down field with names

Email (1): Drop down field with email addresses

The email (1) then should have the condition set to populate the Email Address field so that it can be used on the email form.

    Thank you again.

You can use conditions to fill the email field based on the dropdown selection of the email

The cloned form that Ashwin_D did the first ten of the submitted by works.  I have done the other 26 conditions into both my form and the cloned form by doing both what he showed me and again with what Sammy showed me - but neither of my forms work beyond the 10 that Ashwin did.  Somehow there is something missing in the conditions on my form.

    Hello mccsHH,

I did check your account and found that though you have cloned my earlier version of form but you added only one condition.

I have gone ahead and added the remaining condition in my version of form. Please take a look at the following cloned form and see if this works as expected:  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51584833675971?
