How do I create a donation field with pre-priced fields in a PayPal form?

    Hi,

    I would like to have a pre-priced membership option AND an optional open donation field for members. 

    It was possible in Adobe FormsCentral, but I can't figure out how to do it with your wizard.

    The URL has components from the imported from plus the wizard.

    Thanks for contacting us.

     

    You can actually do this via Multiple Payment Form which consist of 2 or more forms embedded on a Main form. You will need to create two separate forms for the payment (one for the pre-priced membership option and another for the optional open donation field) and combine them in your Main form.
