Sorry - I'm a bit confused, this is a lot of info.  I am the administrator. Am I the only one that can create new forms?

    Hi,

You can learn more about sharing of forms to sub account users on this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User.

Your sub account users can create their own forms, they can also share their own forms to other accounts, they can have their own subscription plan and have their own account limits. However, submission limits of a shared form will depend on the main account where the form is.

Example: If AOACINT shared Form1 to account username Charlie, the submission limits of that form will depend on the account type (Free, Premium, Economy, Professional) and limits of AOACINT.

If your sub account users cannot create their own forms, let us know and we'll investigate it.

    Thank you.
