Is it possible to do part of a survey/form, save the form, and then re-open it to be completed at a later date?

We are using Jot Form to create employee evaluations.  The supervisors need to be able to save a partially completed form, retrieve it, and then complete it at a later date.  How can this be accomplished?

Yes this is very much possible in JotForm.

In the user guide, the 2nd form (in your case this will be the Survey form) can be save and open again at a later date or anytime. 

As long as the form is not finally submitted, it will be available to get back to and continue the session.
