How can I get the form to be submitted to Jotform

Hello.

If you are asking how to receive submissions through your forms, all you need to do is to share the links to your form with your users (shown in the image below), or embed your form onto a website. Anyone filling out the form and clicking Submit will have submitted their responses to your JotForm account.

You can view your received submissions by going to your View-Submissions page, or also by downloading your Form-Data-to-Excel format.
