How to redirect users from one form to another form

Can I have a form where. 

On home page we capture email.. you hit submit it then takes you to another page where we ask more questions about the user.  The email and other information is connected and logged and filed as a lead. 

Is this possible?  Thanks

If I understood your question correctly you want to redirect your users from one form to other.

You can achieve that by setting Custom URL Thank You page on your first form, that will redirect users to your second form upon submitting your first form.
