I am still hoping for a timely response on how to add to the submission # to the email notification i receive after someone sends in their form.

    Thanks,

    Hello Pam.

Judging from the title of your post, it seems that you would like to number your submissions such as submission 1, submission 2, submission 3, etc. Is this correct?

You can achieve this by using our Unique ID widget (manual: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form).

If you would like to have just an ordinary number, starting with 1, please leave the Current Index at 0. After that, make sure that your Email Notification includes this field in the table (marked in red).

Your submission emails would now look like this:

You can also see a demo form of this feature here:

If I have misunderstood your question, and you actually want to display the submission ID, that long number such as 309905311042264592 for example, you will need to add the Submission ID to your email notification, as depicted on the image above in purple.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
