Download All images from a form's submissions

    Hello!

I've been using JotForms for our audit system. It's been great.

To audit. We take a photo and write notes.

To format the audit. We've been using google docs where we can add =image"(IMAGE_URL)" and it loads the image from the server. Fantastic!

BUT!! I now need to download them all. Is there a way you could do that for me? (over 1000 submission with 2-3 images each and counting!)

    Hello lucindaroberts,

If I understand your requirement correctly, you need to download all the images you have received in your form submission. Is that correct?

Please be noted that it is not too difficult to download all the images together. Here are the steps you should follow:

#1. Download your form's submission records in excel

#2. Copy the URL of all the uploaded files.

#3. Use any download manager like "DAP" and add all the file URLs you copied in step #2. This will start downloading the files one by one.

Another alternative is to take advantage of our "File Downloader" app which will also allow you to download all the uploaded files together. Please be noted that to be able to use this app, you will have to actually download and install Ruby in your system.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
