Can we customize the PDF submission file?

Are these options also available for the PDF which can be attached to the email received by the sender (us) or the recipient (the client)? Further, can the settings (column width, etc.) for the notification email and the PDF which is generated via the email notification be edited?

For example, you sometimes have a longer "question", and in the default set-up, that question runs down 50 rows because the column is so narrow for questions. Thanks.

UPDATE: We are excited to announce that we have just released the new version of JotForm PDF Editor.

Unfortunately the PDF file is barely customizable.

I will forward a request to our developers so they can consider a future implementation of this feature. We'll contact you via this thread if we decide to implement it.

At the moment we have a fillable PDF form creator that allows you to create fillable PDF version of your form. This fillable PDF can be printed, saved and submitted, so maybe this can help on this situation. To create a PDF form go to MY forms > select form > Create PDF form:

    Thank you.

Does the fillable PDF form creator take conditional logic into account in any fashion?

Let me share what we are trying to accomplish, as we consider JotForm as our replacement for Adobe Forms Central and to expand the role of a "form program" overall. We are a law firm that wishes to further automate its attorney-client agreement process. This is the process we are envisioning, although we are open to similar alternatives.

    1) *We* fill out the initial JotForm internally.

    2) The form's content becomes the language of the attorney-client agreement for legal services.

    3) Both we and the potential client receives an email with the PDF attorney-client agreement.

    4) That PDF agreement has some fillable fields such that the client can input additional information and sign and date digitally and return to us.

Thank you for providing additional information. I moved this question to a new thread as it was a different issue. You can find it here:
