Getting error message on form link in Wordpress

    On the other page I get this when I click on the link: Not Acceptable!

    An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

    Hi,

    It seems like that the error is not related to our forms.

    May I know what page you are referring to? I've visited the link that you shared here: http://hhfsc.org/forms-testing-membership/. Here's what I saw:

    May I know how you were able to find that error? Which part or link did you click?
