    Questions:

Can we share a form with just one client, that we can both edit?

Can the client approve the final form and then not be able to update anymore?

Can this doc then automatically be posted to a google docs account for the sites?

    Thanks for the help,

    Matthew

    Hi,

Here are the answers to your questions.

Can we share a form with just one client, that we can both edit?

Yes, you can share the form and set permissions on it (edit or view only). You can learn more about sharing forms to sub account users by checking this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User.

Can the client approve the final form and then not be able to update anymore?

You can change the permission on the form to "view only" for your client after he makes all the edit on it. You will be the only one to be able to edit the form by then.

Can this doc then automatically be posted to a google docs account for the sites?

If you are referring to the form, then you can embed it on a Google site. But not on a Google Document. However, you can try checking this app: http://apps.jotform.com/app/google_drive_app. Which allows you to have the form to your Google Drive, but it is more likely a link rather than a file. Our forms are hosted in our severs. To use it, you can just give the form's URL, you can get it directly on previewing your form. Copy the Form URL and distribute it.

Or embed it on a website
