UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

We have 2 types of sub-user account:
    1. Plain sub-user account
    2. Free member with shared access

Plain sub-user account cannot create their own forms while the Free member can. Plain sub-user account can create form depending on the permissions granted but it will always be saved in the shared folder.

Free member with shared access can create form on their own folder and have an option to share it. It means that the form you created using the free account can be drop to the shared folder where the admin account can see it.
