as to the 2nd part I do not want to delete a form

I have incremental numbering applied to submissions to which I have carried out test submissions it is the test submissions I wish to delete/remove as I either, have to include a load of test forms in my ledger that this form is creating or re set the numbering both ways have their problems. Is there was away to delete only the test forms, that would be the ideal solution.

Also If they can be deleted will the numbering system re number all the submissions.  If this is the case I will live with the test forms in my ledger.

    thanks for grate support

To delete the test submissions, you have to access your form submissions page. Here's how you can do that: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions.

In the form submissions page, you have to navigate at the bottom part. From there, you have the option to click "X" button to delete:

However, doing this won't re-index or re-order the Unique ID numbers. The number will stay the same, but you can change it by simply editing the submission and re-submit it. Editing the submission in the form submissions page will make the Unique ID field visible in the area and editable:

This will work, but would take you a time.

    Thanks
