Account almost full

    Please would you clarify if my account is almost full this month.  We do not collect payments on the form so I am a bit confused.

    Hi Jennifer,

    My apologies for my first reply.

    It's impossible for our system to use your Payment Limit without your forms using this. You have a Paypal Pro Payment Form in your account. Note that manually deleting a submissions won't free up your limit. Only our system can do that which is scheduled every month. Anyways, I have granted you a one-time Payment Submissions reset and reactivated your account. Your forms should be up by now.

    You're welcome. Yes, your forms should be active now and can accept a payment again. Note that you only have 10 Payment Submissions per month. If you need more than, you may consider upgrading your account.
