In my "FY15 FAA Final Report" form, the submitted PDF has problems in Item 4 - Narrative section. There are a series of text fields for the grantee to provide narrative style answers. Their answers are appearing in various font sizes and there is also HTML code appearing. Can you tell me why this is happening and how to make the text appear in a consistent font type and size?

    Thank you

    Hi,

I cloned your form to test it and I was unable to reproduce the formatting issue present in your PDF copies of the submission:

I tried large amounts of text and opened the PDF in different browser.  Is the text being entered in to those fields being copied from somewhere?  If the text is being copied from an email or something of the sort, the extra formatting may be attempting to be translated into the PDF.  Try copying the full text to something like notepad prior to copying it to field to prevent against copying formatting.

If this is not the case, let us know and we will see what else we can do.
