Jotform isn't displaying the entire form

    I have successfully created and embedded a form on my live website. However, after taking it live I made some additions at the end of the form. After saving the form, the additions are not showing up on the website. I deleted the embed, cleared my cache and re-embedded the form and still no luck with the additional content showing up at the end of the form.

    Can you help me understand why the form isn't displaying fully?

    I suggest you try also re-embedding your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/51805684670158 using instead its iframe embed code on your website.

    make sure to clear first any previous existing embed code before re-embedding the iframe.

    It is possible that script conflict is happening and causing issue on some browsers.

    I although I could not reproduced the issue yet when I test this on my Chrome browser
