How can I upload an existing form?

Hi, I am new to Jotform and am confused on how to upload an existing form I already have stored on my computer?

i have it stored on my computer, not a website. Thanks!

May I know what kind of form is that? Is it a fillable PDF form?

Currently, if it is a fillable PDF form, you can upload it to JotForm using this link: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/.

Choose the 3rd option "PDF Only Upload"

When the PDF form is uploaded in your JotForm account, you can then download it again but with the option to auto collect data. Which means, the newly downloaded PDF form can be shared to others then when they fill it out, the data can be submitted directly to your JotForm account.

But, please take note that you cannot edit the uploaded PDF form in our form builder. What I could recommend is that you recreate your form using our Form builder, in that way, you can have more options on how you can use and share your form.

If you are talking about forms that are created on JotForm, then yes, you can fill out our forms on iPads as well.

You can either send your users a link to your online form, or you can send them a fillable PDF of your JotForm form.

Please note that for your users to be able to fill a fillable PDF form, they will need to use appropriate software, such as Adobe Reader. This guide may be useful to read: Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator

Basically I am a business am want to go paperless, so instead of clients filling out an intake/consent form, I want to hand them an iPad to fill out info

Yes, either you use the online form created in our form builder or download the PDF form that you uploaded. If you use the online form, just open the Form URL in your iPad and let your clients fill it out there. You can also open the PDF form in your iPad, please do make sure that you have an Adobe Reader to open the PDF form, from there, they can click the submit button and data will be transferred directly to JotForm.
