The Facebook like box widget is not showing inside of my form

    This widget doesn't appear when it is installed on the form. ( Customer feedback survey )

    I have cloned and tested your form and Facebook like box widget was not shown because of conditions you have set inside of your form. Can you please set your condition like this in order to show Facebook like box widget inside of your form.
