    I integrated one of my forms with clichpad. I followed all the steps, and added the webhook and it doesnt seem to be working. Is there a way to test out the integration

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Could you please provide us with the form name in question and screenshot of the fields mapping from your ClinchPad account? We can try to replicate your setup in order to investigate it further.

    I have followed the guide properly and you're right, there is no data captured by the given webhook URL. http://support.clinchpad.com/customer/portal/articles/1458288-jotform-integration.

    Since this integration was implemented on Clinchpad, we suggest to contact their support for your further assistance. You can check with them if their webhook URL is still capturing data from Jotform or if there's something they need to update on their side with regards to capturing raw data over webhook.

    Thanks!

    @benglueck

    Apologies. It seems working just fine although there's a little delay with the update of data on Clinchpad.

    I have tested it with a clone of your form.

    Here's my sample setup. I was testing your fields and map them on Clinchpad.

    It works on custom fields too. Example:

    May I suggest to please try it again and make sure the field names are matched correctly. Check if there are no trailing white spaces, sometimes this may be the culprit.

    Thanks!

    so it works but for some reason the date is being captured in Lead Name

    @benglueck

    Glad it works.

    It is weird though that the lead name captures the date. Could it be due to the field it is mapped to? Have you tried renaming the field question in your form and map it with lead name again? Please try this and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks!

    I should have said the Contact Name is capturing the date, Can you double check with the copy of mine you made that if "lead name" and "contact name" are the same its not an issue. I tired changing the title of "name" to "your name" but it did not work

    Can you send us a screenshot? You should put same name field in "Contact Name" as you did with the "Lead Name".

    I think I figured out the issue, when I created the clinchpad account I uploaded previous form and the date went into the name field. I deleted all the contact and started over and it works now,

    the only issue is that I am wasting a ton of forms testing all these issues out and I am worried I will run out

    I am happy to hear that you were able to get it running properly, and as far as the testing goes, we are always happy to assist with that, so let us know if you come near the limit what are the testing submissions.

    For example, add "-test" to the name, or use "test" as a name and we can see how many tests you have done and cancel that number for you - as long as it was tests.

    I presume that you would be testing on one form only - then on another, but on each before you start getting the actual submissions, so it should be very straight forward seeing them and resetting them for you.

    You are however on a Premium plan, so you have 1000 submissions per month of any kind (secure, payment or regular).

    Yes I have been using the "contact form" as a test only form right now I am at 18 tests, still trying to get the referer tracking working so there will be more tests
