Issue with submitting forms

Hello.  I am being told there is a sporadic issue with people not being able to submit my vendor registration form. I have not been able to replicate the problem (I am able to submit the form).  I've been told by PC and MAC users as well as iPhone and Android mobile users that the form just hangs.   There were some tips in another forum entry about specific widgets causing issues so i've removed all but the mobile response widget.  This is very frustrating.  I use jotform specifically because the service is so reliable but at the moment i've had to stop soliciting for vendors for our event because of these problems.  There are also issues with creating a PDF file from the form so that is not a viable option either.  The url is below.  Thank you !!!!

    Hi missflip1,

    Thanks for contacting us.

I checked the site you provided and I noticed that you have embedded your form using the script embed code. Can you try embedding your form using the iFrame embed code and see if it helps? To know how to get the iFrame embed code of your form, can follow the instructions provided in this article: Getting the Form iFrame Code.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.

Thank you.  I've updated the site and embedded the code in iFrame.  I hardcoded an oversized new height which appears to be fine with desktop and tablet submissions but is cutting off the signature and submission buttons for mobile users.  The URL is the same as above.  Can you offer any other suggestions please.   I still do not know if this has addressed the hanging submission issue.  Thank you.

    Hi,

It's possible that the iFrame embed code has already resolved the hanging issue. The problem in the previous embed code is that it might be conflicting with your website's code, causing the page to hang. If you use an iFrame, no external script will affect the code inside it.

For the size and display of the form, it seems like you need to make your wrapper for the form wider. It is being cut off at the right side.

You can try adjusting more the style attributes like the padding and margin where the form is wrapped.

Do let us know if you need more information on this.
