Emails not going through

    I am writing in because the forwarder on one of my forms is not working. I have had 67 submissions but only 14 of them got emailed to us. Could you please check and see why the emails are not going out to us. We are sending them to : billing@connect-now.co

    Hi Richard,

    All form submissions were sent to the given email address based on our system logs. You can also check it, here's how: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History. I would suggest checking your spam folder. But instead of checking it through your email client (if any), please login to the email using the webmail access.

    If you can't find the emails in the spam folder, then it's something that your hosting provider are blocking some of the emails from reaching your inbox. In this case, adding us to your whitelist settings will help you fix the problem. Here's how: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

    If, for some reason, whitelisting is not possible or not allowed by your hosting provider, I would suggest setting up an SMTP to your account and use it to your forms. We have two methods:
