I want to create a text box  right below the image of our logo just like the one form I have attached  but can't seem to find the right type of text tool to do that???

Here is what I want to say but I can't get it so that I can alter the type so that it looks like the form attached:

You can use the TEXT field from Form Tools and then use the HTML editor of the TEXT field to add a read=only banner/text into your jotform.

    Example

Create text box Image 1 Screenshot 20

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

Which text tool do I use of the three that have the word text(text, text box
or text area) in them-I have tried all of them and cannot get the HTML
editor to show up. Here is the form:
    http://form.jotform.us/form/51826039433152

And here is the text I am trying to edit with the HTML editor:

You need to add Text field. When you add text field double click on existing text and add your own text instead of existing.

Create text box Image 1 Screenshot 50

When you add your text inside of text field click on Complete.

Create text box Image 2 Screenshot 61

You can also click on click on Edit HTML and then add your text. After you add text click on Complete.

Create text box Image 3 Screenshot 72

Also inside of HTML editor you have options to align text, change font family and font size.

Create text box Image 4 Screenshot 83

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
