Best method of embedding form in GoDaddy Website Builder built website hosted by GD

I have tried "html"; 'Source Code" and "Link" without total success. sometimes the form is corrupted in the middle.

In another case I could not enter data in some of the text boxes.

We suggest you try the iframe embed code instead.

Please make sure also to clean/clear first any previous existing script embed code used before using the iframe embed code of the form.
