How can we get a 3% charge added to a total when a person uses Paypal?

    We have set up a form so a 3% is added to the total entered. we have had 5 successful payments with a credit card but when a member payed via paypal, the 3% was not added.

    I have checked this on your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51765241675965 and I noted that it was calculating properly on the form

    I also checked the configuration of the Payment tool, and found that it was properly setup

    But your form doesn't have an actual submission yet though, so I am not able to see an actual data that did not calculated properly.

    My test submission though incomplete have correctly calculated and added the 3%
