Why is my account is scheduled for downgrade on July 10, 2015?

    Please let me know what is going on with my account?  I cannot have it downgraded.  Let me know what is going on.

    Hello Chris,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    That was caused because of the PayPal subscription you cancelled on June 12 which triggered the downgrade. I have taken care of your account issues and removed the scheduled downgrade of your account.

    I also double checked the account/username  urbanws and it Active and in good standings.
