    1. When I have a list, I would like to assign values to options. Ie.
    option1 value = 1, option 2 value 4....
    2. is it possible to have logical formulas, like: if option 1 chosen
    then do some maths...

    Here's how you can assign values to list or options.

    Please be noted that Calculation values are also separated by a new line.

    In my example, I have used a Drop-down field. Radio button fields and Check Box fields also has a Calculation Values option.

    You may want to check this guide for your reference: How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

    Adding logical formulas is also possible with forms fields that have Calculation values.

    I have made a Calculation using the Condition Wizard:

    You may like to check the form I have used for this example, and please feel free to clone it for your reference.

    I hope this helps. If you have any further questions and/or you need clarifications, please feel free to let us know and we will be glad to help you. Thank you.

    @victoritravel

    We need to create a different thread for the layout problems since we considered it as a different issue. Here's the URL of the new thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/605550

    Thank you for understanding.

    Please open a new thread if you have any issues. We follow 1 issue per thread here in the forum. Also, we can assist you much better if you open a new thread for a different issue.

    For now, I will create another thread for the text field issue. Here's the URL: http://www.jotform.com/answers/605672

    Thank you for understanding.
