Unable to save my JotForm.

    I am building a form in JotForm, and all of a sudden I am not able to save anything and keep getting this error:

    "An error occured while saving your form #CaVb5fxs3BxVEbI"

    I tried reloading the browser, cleaning my browser's cache, but nothing seems to be working. Even when I try to just add one field and save it, I get the above error.

    Can someone help me get my form to work again? Thanks!

    I notice that your JotForm is having more than 1700 fields. Since it is a huge form, you must be experiencing the issue. Though JotForm supports to have any number of fields on a single form, the browser or system resources may not be sufficient to load the form that may result in freezing the browser or time out errors while submitting the form.

    We would suggest to separate the form into multiple based on the sections you have on it and redirect to next form by using Thank you page custom URL.

    I've cleared the form caches on your account from my end. Please try using a separate browser to see if that helps. If the issue still persists, we request you to split the form to multiple forms so that the forms can be loaded faster.
