We have a custom form, used to open and close support tickets. But we see in the reports (like Excel or Jotforms Analytics) that don´t match the real time or with the Submission Date in the reports, or closing time in the form. We were observing, the time when starting the form and when is closing, and the mostly cases is mismatch. Could be a bug or maybe we have some wrong done in the form ?
for example :
Submission Date Ticket Closing case 2015-07-07 15:42:30 2447 07-07-2015 16:19:22 2015-07-07 15:41:25 2446 07-07-2015 16:25:56 2015-07-07 15:19:18 2445 07-07-2015 14:05:05 2015-07-07 15:13:34 2444 07-07-2015 16:24:51 Underlined when mismatched
Thanks for your help.

I took a look at your jotform and from what I can see the "Cierre del caso" DateTime field is the only one to capture the date and time, but it is set to allow the time and date to be changed by the user filling out the form.
This means that they could set it up to show any time they wish.
Also, please do note that this will also load with the current time of the person opening the form, while the submission date is based on the time of our server, so it might be different depending on where the people submitting the form are based in.

The submission Date is default to the server location, but you can set your time zone in your account, which should impact what time is shown as the time of submission.
You can do that by going to your Account -> Settings -> Timezone
Do let us know if that helps and if you have any issues setting it all up and we would be happy to assist.
