Form is Cutting Off Data When You Make a Change - No Send Button

After you build a form from scratch - everything looks fine - works fine.

Then, you go back to the form and add a field or delete a field - copy the html paste it to your website and the bottom of the form is cut off - Text missing - No Send Button.  Head Ache!  If you build a form from scratch and don't correct it all is well, but if you have to make a deletion or addition, NO SEND Button!  It never use to be this way!  Help us out here!  Thanks!
