Paypal system not working

Could it be that encryption update? Please I want to repair it.

I checked your submissions and it looks like you have several incomplete payments:

This usually means that your users are either not finishing the payment process or your PayPal settings are incorrect. 

Your setup looks OK but make sure you have the proper email address for your PayPal account entered and that your account is able to accept payments.
