You can reduce the background by injecting the following CSS snippet
.form-all{
margin: -10px;
}

Did you mean removing this background...
You can do this in the Form Designer.
Please describe more if this is not.

You can access the property using the designer in the form builder
After that in the designer tab, select the form background property and click on the 'X' to set the color to transparent value
