    Hello,

My Forty under 40 form is giving people the message that the form is over it's quota when people click the link to nominate but it doesn't look like I've used up my 100 monthly submissions. Can you please let me know what's happening? Our nomination deadline is coming up quickly so I have to resolve this issue fast! Please email pmillar@biv.com.

    Thanks,

    Paige

I have checked your account and your account is overlimit, because you have reached upload space of your account. Free plans account have a maximum of 100 MB of hard disk space allocated to them and at this moment you are using 101.25 MB of space.

You will need to log into your account and go to Submissions Panel and remove the submissions with attached files in order to drop the used space.

Note- Once you delete submissions from our system they can not be restored. So I would suggest you to download you submissions before you delete them. You can actually download submissions or data of your form into Excel, CSV and PDF format. For excel, you can follow this guide:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel

To delete the file you will need to delete the entire submissions data associated with the file.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
