How to set Autoresponder

I am also having problems with the email to confirm to people once they have submitted the form. I have tried submitted but still have not received an email conformation which I thought I had set up. Any tips after looking at what I've got in there currently?

I have inspected your form and I saw that you set your Autoresponder to be conditional. However inside of conditions you did not set correct value of email field. 

You need to set correct value inside of conditions.

I would also suggest you to use email field instead of text box field for email address.
