How to delete multiple messages?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to ask how to delete submission records of your form?

Here are the steps you should follow:

#1. Go to your form's submission page. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions 

#2. Select the submissions which you want to delete. You can press the "Ctrl" key of your keyboard and select multiple submission records from the grid and then click on the button "Delete Selected Submissions". (Before selecting the submissions, the button will say "Delete All Submissions" which will delete all the submissions you have received). Please check the screenshot below:
