Why doesn't my embedded form display properly on my web page?

Hi: I'm using WordPress 4.2.3 with a custom template. My form is embedded and once upon a time I figured out how to get it to display properly. This is no longer the case: the text runs off the form as shown in the screenshot. Please tell me why you think this is happening and how I can fix it. Thanks, - Hari-kirtana

Simply adjust your form width to 660 pixel, that should fit the form on its container allowing all elements to display properly without any cut. :)

    Here's how:

    1. Go to your form preferences

    2. Click Form Styles tab

    3. Change form width to 660
