Incomplete Values error when using Allow Other on a Required Radio Button field

People trying to fill out my jot form are getting a message that their form can't be received because the form is at quota, but when I went into preferences to make sure, where I can fill in a quota it says "no limit" . . .

    Thanks for your help,

    Tracy

I have checked your form, Tracy, and I do not see any Form Limits set on the form. Your account is also far from its submission count limits, so that shouldn't be an issue either.

I have tried submitting your form, and I have received an error that the Select One field is not filled (the one asking for gender) when I have selected either Male or Female. Is this actually the error message that your users are getting as well?

If this is the error that you are experiencing, I can see that it is caused by having the Allow Other on together with the Required, for that Radio button field.

As this is unintended behavior, I have raised this issue to our developers to check, and we will inform you through this thread when or if the issue is resolved. Keep in mind that we can't give any estimates on when this might be, as our developers already have a lot of scheduled work on their hands, but this issue will surely be worked on.

Until it is fixed on our end, you can try removing the Allow Other field from your Select One radio field. I hope this helps.

I have experienced the same issue. My users report that they are falsely told that they have not completed all the fields when they attempt to submit the form, even though they have indeed completed all answers. I've tracked the issue to the radio buttons with "Other option" offered, which were marked "Required." I've removed the requirement on those items because I still want an "Other option" to be available, and hopefully this removes the errors.

We hope that the issue is already fixed. The validation on required Radio Button fields with enabled Allow Other option is fine at the moment. If you receive any more fresh reports about the issue, please kindly update this thread and we will try to look further into this. Thank you.
