Custom Lead Fields with "Geolocation" type are not showing up in Salesforce Integration

    Has this issue been resolved yet?  I'm facing a similar issue.  I previously had custom fields mapped that now show up with blank labels on the Jotform mapping screen.  However, the data still flows through from Jotform to Salesforce when I run a test.  When I attempt to integrate a separate form, those fields with blank labels are not available on the pick list.

    We do not have an update on the report yet, but it's already assigned to our developer.

    Please note that the fields on the left side is from Salesforce. And please make sure that visibility is checked in your Salesforce custom field settings and not set to "Read-Only", especially for System Administrators. Please do try checking this one.

    As for the other form, please let us know the link here so we can check and try out the integration using that.

    Thanks

    Thanks for looking into this.  I made sure the field settings are visible.

    The other form ID is 52104423734143.  I'm trying to map custom geo fields (e.g. "_SYSTEM: City" and "_SYSTEM: Street")

    I was able to replicate this when Geolocation is used:

    Custom Lead Fields with Geolocation type are not showing up in Salesforce Integration Image 2 Screenshot 51

    I have now forwarded this thread to our developers so they can check further. If there are updates, you should know it via this thread.

    For now, please use Text field type to map the individual address fields. Or, use our address field from the Quick Tools section and map it to Salesforce's default address field.

    Thanks

    @BostonSchoolsFund

    Sorry for the late notice, but can you please tell us if you're still experiencing this issue?
