Why am I receiving the same submission more than once?

    Hello,

    I just completed a test submission for my form found at the below link. I submitted one form but my inbox shows "3" submissions.

    Why is this happening?

    Also, I didn't receive the email confirmation that I created using the "Emails" tab. Any idea the reason?

    I figured out the reason I wasn't receiving the email confirmations.

    When it comes to receiving multiple submissions, I have logged into your account to check this issue. I do see some submissions with identical content only seconds apart - it seems like you may have experienced connection issues and your browser may have tried submitting the form twice in a span of 3 seconds. This can also occur if you/your users use the Back button in your browser, and then Submit again.

    To prevent such things from occurring on your form, you can set up Form Limits to prevent multiple submissions from the same person or browser.
