How do I apply a theme to a form I already have?

    Hello there,

    I have created a form (Maternity Reflexology) in the default form style but wanted to use the simple theme. When I apply this and save it does not save it with the theme?? What am I doing wrong? I can't work it out!

    Thank you for contacting us.

    It should be possible to apply a theme via the Theme Store or by accessing a Themes option on the form builder.
