Why won't my label show on the form?

My labels are not showing on the live form and a message in Jotform pops up saying "This label will not be seen on the form." Image attached. Why is this happening and how can I make it show?

Hi,

It looks like the labels were removed by a theme that was added to the form.  The warnings are to let you know that this is the case.  Adding this code to your form should allow for them to show:

.form-label-left, .form-label-top, .form-label-right{display:block !important;}

Looks like that worked. I still get the warning in the back-end but the labels show on the form.
