How can i allow multiple answers to be selected on my form (I used the option tool)

I crafted a question which seminars would you like to attend. However the radio button only allows you to select one. How can I allow for user to select multiple seminars? Thanks

Radio-buttons only allow on selection per group, to allow for multiple selections use the check-box control
