Is there a way to make our jotforms look like the following screen grab?

I have another question, I am trying to recreate a form layout which I died in Muse but in your system I cannot seem to replicate it. When I try to embed a small form in Muse it just comes in too large and I can’t resize or get how I want.

I there a way I can layout the form more similar to this screen grab and then embed the code? I am so keen to find a solution which I can produce contact forms for my Muse sites and I really like Jotform but need to know a little more on how I do stuff like this.

Unfortunately, there is no screen grab present on this thread (nor on the original thread) so I presume that you have replied to us over email.

Please note that no attachments would be passed over from the email to the forum, so you would need to come to this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/648027 in order to upload the screenshot.

Once you do we would be happy to assist, but as it seems that you already have a form that should look properly, but it is not, I would suggest giving us the link to the form and the link to the page on your website where the form is embedded, so that we can see what it is supposed to look like and how it looks like after being embedded and help you set it all up :)
