"Only one entry is allowed" error is shown when submitting a form

    sorry, only one entry is allowed is popping up when we go to have someone submit it.

    I took a look at your form and I do not see the same error shown for me - I was able to simply submit it without any errors.

    Now since you have added JS embed code into the URL field, I do believe that you are actually trying to submit and getting an error on your website - not on the form directly (http://form.jotform.us/form/52313302317138).

    If that is true, please do give us the link to the page where the jotform is embedded so that we can take a look at help you resolve the issue.

    I just wanted to update you that my colleague BJoanna noticed that your form has a unique question limitation set.

    This is why you have seen this error - because the same option was selected again.

    Basically the limitation allows one option to be selected only once and in your case it is set up like so:

    Basically if you remove that limitation you will no longer have the same issue.
