We have the same problem. We only use the non-secured embedded version of the form. Both on facebook and on our website: http://www.leiden-united.com/participate.html

Could you tell me what is going wrong?

I checked your jotform account/username  LU1415  and I found that it was already in Overlimit Status due to exceeded SSL submissions. This had temporarily disable your form submissions.

Please take note the Facebook requires secure contents all the time. If you have embedded the form in your Facebook page -- it will surely use SSL submissions

I checked your other website page, and I can see it was not using SSL or https.

so the accumulation if SSL submissions must have come from the Facebook embedded form.

For this one time only, I have reset your SSL submission counter back to zero(0) so that we can reinstate the account.

Please take note that we only grant this one time only for an account. The next time you exceed again any account limits, you can upgrade the subscription to get expanded limits.

You can check for subscription plan details in the JotForm Pricing page.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
