[Google Spreadsheet / Drive Integration] Unable to submit form

    I have 35 submission left but my below reference form is not working wondering why?

    As far as I can see, your form is currently active. Your submission limit is fine (101 of 135 used).

    If the issue still persists, please provide us with the steps to reproduce it. We would be happy to help.

    We are sorry for the inconveniences you are facing. We were actually able to reproduce the submission issue which is somehow related to the Google Spreadsheet integration enabled on form. We are currently looking into this.

    You might consider redoing the Google Spreadsheet / Drive integration on your form if possible. The submission is fine on my cloned form with a fresh Google Spreadsheet integration.

    We will keep you updated.

    I would like to inform you that our developers have applied a fix. The issue should be resolved. 

    I have just successfully submitted your form in order to confirm this.
