Not able to click and drag fields in all my forms?

    that does not fix the problem....there is no way to click and drag the
    form....this has never happened before and it is doing it to ALL our
    previous adoption applications.

    Hello,

    Do you mean to say that you are not able to edit or add new form field in your form?

    It could be a browser related issue. I would suggest you to clear your browser cache and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to clear browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

     No, this does not answer my question.  Can someone please call me instead of sending half emails with responses that do not make sense?  My cell phone number is 847-910-3668.  Thank you, My name is Amy.

    The issue is within the jotform system, not something that I am doing.  Within the last week and a half, our adoption applications coming out with errors on them when you download the PDF version.  We use these to upload to another database system and serve 5 states in the midwest for our rescue.  We cannot afford to have these come in with errors.  Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.  i have sent many screen shots already.  Not able to click and drag fields in all my forms?     This seems to be a common issue. Can someone from jotform please address thisand let us know how to fix it? All anyone from jotform has said is that they can't see the issue. It's happening to a significant amount of people!
