    Hi!
I'll try to explain my situation: I have made a form with a list of
products; if the user fill the Quantity field with a number superior of
11, a text will show to inform that the user will have an additional
product for free, thanks to his/her big request of that particular
product. My problem is that the text is showed to the user, but it isn't
showed to me neither in the notification email nor in the attached PDF .
Is it possible to made that text visible to me!?
    Thank You so much.

We do have a way to show regular text fields in the PDF files of your submissions, but unfortunately this feature will show all the Text fields from your form - not just the ones that are conditionally shown.

It would need some work to be set up, but it is possible to do what you desire. We can add (hidden) Text Box fields to the form, which you will conditionally populate with the same text that is shown to the user with that red text in a Text field.

In other words, you will have 1 Text field with red text that you will be showing to users, and 1 hidden Text Box field that you will use to send this data to you in the PDF file.

By using a hidden inputable Text Box field, and updating its value to the desired number of gratis items if a product is selected, your PDF submissions will be able to look like this:

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance, and we will be happy to help.

Thanks a lot for Your detailed answer: unfortunately it seems not to working. In the PDF submission the hidden Text box doesn't appear.

Have I to modify the PDF submissions template in the editor?

Thank You for Your kind help!

In my colleague's name you are welcome. The solution above should work, so if it is not shown.

To resolve this, you should open the editor again and use the options in it to add the filed - or use the reset option (top right corner of PDF Designer) to show all of the fields in it - quicker if you have a lot of fields to include.

Hi! Thank You all for Your support --> the solution above WORKS!
Just one more question about PDF submission: there, the field of product list doesn't stretch out and the products names overlap on one another.

There is a solution to make the field on PDF big enough to let every name of products visible and readable?

    Thank You!

I have logged into your account, and can see the issue you are experiencing:

This is caused by Customizing your PDF, since this is how it displays for me on a cloned form without any customization made to the PDF submissions:

Can you please make sure that, when you are customizing the PDF of your submissions, you have used only the Reset button to remove the old styling. Please do not click on Save after it, just click on Reset, confirm that you wish to reset the styles, and exit/close that page.

Please let us know if using the Reset button on the PDF Design page, without clicking on Save, helps.

Thank You for Your kind help.

I hope that it is possible to put an image on the top of PDF, but please let me just understand: can't I customize the PDF with an image on the top of the PDF without having issue with the fields sizes!?

    Thanks!
